What does SendBit do?

We offer wallets for digital currencies. Our wallets make it simple and easy for anyone in the world to securely send, receive, and manage their bitcoin, bitcoin cash, Litecoin, Dash, and ether.

If your SEPA deposit is not in your EUR wallet it is likely because:

  • The name on the deposit does not match the legal name on the SendBit account

  • The currency you sent does not match that on your SendBit account

  • Your unique reference code was incorrect or not included in your deposit

  • Your SEPA transfer was sent through an intermediary bank

  • Your deposit was sent from an unsupported country

Is the API limited to daily requests?

No, you can use the SendBit API free of charge to accept or send payments without any limits.

Why do I need to whitelist my server IP?

We require all API users to whitelist their server IP's via your dashboard > API settings page. IP whitelisting is very important to ensure maximum security and to verify it's really your website sending the request.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address please contact us via [email protected] and we usually reply within 30 minutes.
